Meet Cody, owner of Shunkwiler Renovations, and a seasoned professional with seven years of contracting experience, including two years as a general contractor. In the last two years, he has flipped 15 houses, completed over $2 million in renovations and managed a $250,000+ project. He also owns several rental properties. Last year, Cody married the love of his life, Megan, and they have a baby on the way. His career and personal life reflect dedication, expertise and a commitment to success.

Hey, I'm Tanner!
Tanner is a skilled craftsman and the lead for our in-house team. From tile and flooring to paint and trim, he gets the job done right. He’s now running job sites on his own and making sure everything stays on track. Reliable and hardworking, Tanner is a key part of the Shunkwiler crew.

Emmanuel, known as Manny, is the newest addition to the Shunkwiler Renovations crew. He specializes in drywall, but his talents also extend to decks, trim, and painting. With a great eye for detail and a strong work ethic, Manny is quickly becoming a reliable part of the team.
